I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel for business with breakfast included. The room was decent, the hotel in general is definitely showing it's sign of wear and tear, like scuffs on the edges of the drawers/closets. There is AC in the room, but is not controllable, so it was a bit warm in the room. Some people might like it, I didn't like it too much. Bed was very comfortable and many pillows of different types were available, so that was a huge plus for me. Breakfast was decent, there was a variety of foods and drinks available. I made it to the hotel using my own car. There was free parking available in a secured garage underneath the hotel, so getting from the garage to my room was very quick and easy. I really liked this feature compared to a vale system. Overall, decent stay, not any real complaints. Staff was very friendly and accomdating. Would probably stay there again due to location of my business being nearby.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We decided to take a smokers room since we both smoke but there was no smell in the room at all. The cleaning staff cleans the room very well. The restaurant in the hotel is good and the food is nice. They have a little spa area aswell with steam room, sauna, fitness and a pool. The only con about this hotel is that its located in a working area where there isnt alot of options for going out or shopping. Taxi from our hotel to Taksim or Besiktas costs around 500 Turkish Lira (~15€)

Terrible customer service. Very slow checkin. No privacy and data protection. The receptionist shouts your name and surname in front of many strangers. Location is not idea. It is in the middle of nowhere. No shops around. But the rooms are good and silent. The toilets could be better cleaned though.

What a great little find. Booked by accident as wanted to be close to Airport... (This is not close to Istanbul International airport) However it was the best hotel we stayed in in Turkey. Great pool and spa. Lovely large bed and rooms, great showers, comfortable beds. Would highly recommend. Lovely view of the city lights at nighttime. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back.

Had to stay in this hotel because of a cancelled flight by Turkish airlines. Was very pleased with the customer service. Rooms are very nice, dinner was delicious. Harun at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided me with assistance I needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an option to stay in Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
