It was a nice stay. My room heater was not working, so they gave me a separate small heater. It was not providing enough heat. That's the only issue..Otherwise it was a good one, nice service.

Stay away from this hostel for your sanity. Even without staying 1 night I had to check out early. There is an environment as if you will be stabbed at any moment. 10 rooms share 2 toilets. How hygienic is it? He didn't refund me for 5 nights. I'll leave it to his discretion.

Nice comfortable bed 🛌, shower, and bath were perfect. I stayed over a night. Single room but with a double bed, so that was handy. They provided with the towels, coffee, and tea was there to be made. I'd use them again if i am in Manchester

The service provided from A to B was seamless, Dan was extremely friendly with showing me around and the room was comfortable! Would be perfecf if you’re looking for short stays near the City Centre. With reasonable transport links a 15 minute walk away the City Centre is right on your fingertip at every hour of the day. There are a few little convenience stores if you need to grab a bite to eat nearby too!

ALSO OWNS BIRCHFIELD GUEST HOUSE AVOID AVOID AVOID. CCTV everywhere really makes you feel like a prisoner in this guest house. Clearly owned by a slum lord who doesn't even visit the place. A young lad who runs it is absolutely lovely but it's clearly an old pub that's been bought on the cheap and has never had any money put into it. The kitchen didn't even have a kettle in it, let alone plates or cutlery. The bathroom was disguuuusting and the taps don't even work. They've got families in there living 5 to a room, everyone being exploited and ripped off. You can get cheaper places closer to the city on Airbnb, no doubt the slumlord is laughing all the way to the bank with 15 rooms and no cleaning. You will leave more depressed and tired than you arrived.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
