        The location is quite poor for public transportation, if you use a taxi is ok. The main disappointment was that la level 3 room 309 the washing machine was making noise and vibrations till midnight when we managed to fall asleep and also at 5:30 in the morning when we were getting ready to check out. Service and reception was good.

        Find a better place. The hotel is old and outdated. Bed was OK, pullout bed was stiff and hard. Bathroom very small and outdated. Stingy with toiletries and towels are old and stained. The shower drains are clogged and flood a little before draining. The room has no fridge, no ice, no microwave, nothing but a bed, tv, and restroom. The hotels breakfast is decent. There is nothing around the hotel. Takes a good 5-10 miles to get anywhere populated or near the city center. No taxis or Uber around, metro closes around 11pm. I stayed in this hotel because the reviews were good, but this hotel is literally in the middle of a ghetto neighborhood.

        Worst hotel EVER!! For a 4 stars hotel it is overrated!! They left our door open (maybe even a whole day) on Wednesday in July 2023 and we went and complaint to them and they said as an excuse that the cleaning lady leaves the door open for the room to “breath” and let the air in while our room has a window already. I told them did you know that the cleaning lady leaves the door open? They said sometimes maybe and I told them why you haven’t informed us that this happens? And they replied that this never happened before! Less to say one guy could not care even less to reply and had his grumpy face on the desktop (and he informed us that his shift ends soon) and I explain that even if not their fault please understand that Im angry and do something. They said they cannot do anything till the morning (our flight was on 5am in the morning so there was no chance we could make it till manager arrives). I told them check the cameras (floors do not have cameras) and he said we can check only with the manager and only the entrance floor. And the question is: Does this hotel worth having 4 stars? I’m saying it doesn’t even worth 1. Plus to say that we arrived the room in booking states 5 beds, they haven’t send us one not even ONE message confirming if we would like an extra bed because we booked the “spacious” room and came here and made difficulties on finding a sofa bed which eventually they charge you €15 per person per day (we already paid extra for the room in booking) and extra €6 per person for taxes.

        Had a good experience with family. Good points 1) The room was big for family 2) The bed was comfortable to sleep. 3) They were cleaning every day. 4) Helping and cooperative staff. 5) Complimentary products like water, sleeper, toothbrush, past. 6) Super market near 20 meters. Not good points 1) Location is far away from tram no 14, which directly goes to Rome Railway stations 2) Working staff do not know english ( I am not talking about the front desk team), it is difficult to share any feedback to them. Overall, it's a good experience.

        We left our cash at the room desk and went out, and just realized we left it when we were in vatican around 11 AM, directly called the hotel and ask the receptionist to check our room and do not clean the room and the receptionist replied we definitely wont pick anything of your items and we will put "do not clean" sign, so we felt assured. Then went back at hotel at 11 PM, our room was cleaned, checked the money and we lost 100 euro from 250 that we put in the deck. Understand that this was our negligence as well but shouldnt a 4 stars hotel is a safe place for us, we complained, then they said would check with their manager and stuff and another staff replied if im a thief id take it all :/ - and I was like well if you take it all, it'd be obvious, we didnt follow up anymore and let this be a lesson to us.
