Great business hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Bathrooms are very well equipped. Bed is semi firm and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly. Morning always smells like fresh buns in the lobby, awesome way to wake up. I will be dreaming of that smell forever.

I spend a few nights at this new hotel in the summer of 2018. Good location for bus or taxi rides to downtown Taipei city or to a subway station. A nearby subway station will be open soon, making this location even more convenient. The rates were very reasonable for my spacious, clean and quiet 2-bed room. I picked a room without a window and felt just fine during my stay. There was a huge curtain covering an entire wall, making it feel as if there were a window behind the curtain. I had everything I needed in the room. Breakfast was good. Loved their train displays in the common areas. There is a big shopping center in the basement of the same building and a small food court on the first floor. My brother brought his family of four and enjoyed their stay there as well. I will stay there again.

Staying here with my family for several nights, the room was clean and new. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Baby bath tub and crib were provided when we checked in, definitely a family friendly hotel. It's also easy to get a taxi whenever we need to get out. None smoking environment is a plus for family with kids like us. Great experience we had during our stay!

Wow good location,service and very friendly staff. Very quiet and clean. Good for any type of trip. Definitely will stay again here when in Taiwan. Huge breakfast selection with English wording for us visitors. Staff very helpful in arranging taxi's etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
