        Everything was so perfect in this hotel. Their stuffs were super professional and helpful. We got all the help from them whenever we needed. The room was neat and clean perfectly. The city view rooms are great if you want to enjoy the busy city, Bangkok.

        DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures are nothing to be made out to be, By far the worst hotel I've ever been to, We come to stay here for one night, the pictures looked so nice! When you first walk in lobby looks nice but this is where it starts to go downhill, The front desk staff are rude, all the staff are rude just look you up and down, especially the lgbt+ they look down upon, If you are not up to there standers it is very overwhelming. You walk to the elevator on the way there it's all having works done, you could have something fall on you at time. You then get to elevator I thought I was going in it and never come out it again. You then get to the floors they stink of cigarettes and weed. If you have any kind of medical issue you would become seriously unwell. The walls look like they have been used as loos, The bathrooms like look they have never been cleaned, poo stains all in the toilets, Cockroach's running around. You could hear everything other people are saying in their rooms. We then go the staff to say that we are not happy and they was very disrespectful, we asked if we could change rooms and would have to pay money to do so, we are not smokers so why should we have to stay where people smoke? Please do not come as family's, your babies would become poorly just by breathing the air.

        I have been booking at this hotel for more than 15 years. I have never seen anything worse than this treatment, especially the receptionist. Her treatment was very, very, very bad, and I think this is bad for the hotel. Her treatment was not reputable. I am disabled, and I wanted to book near the elevator, and she did not listen to me, and her behavior was very sharp. You did not listen to me and booked a room for me at the end of the corridor, room number 1115. Is this how I am treated when I am disabled?

        Brilliant hotel. Very classy marble floors- nice friendly staff. My bed was very comfortable on top level. Room very clean and modern. In a great location walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend

        DO NOT BOOK - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - worst experience at a hotel for my last night in Thailand!!!! Falsely advertised hotel, do not trust the pictures - they show a nicely renovated hotel but this is far from what the reality of the hotel is as it is STILL BEING RENOVATED - everywhere is a building site and a risk to customers. Run down, stinking of smoke, and inhabited by roaches - literally opened the hotel room, turned around and walked out. Complained to the reception about the room and service, and they told us we can only get an upgrade for an EXTRA COST. We shouldn’t have been falsely advertised the rooms, and should have been better looked after.
