        Checked in this hotel for three nights and it was a total nightmare. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again. This hotel has a decent facade - a nice lobby and the hotel room has all the essential items. It was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, but i wasn’t able to sleep at all during those three nights due to people smoking inside their rooms. Insulation was a joke. I was forced to smoke second-handedly throughout the nights and ended up with a sore throat. You can hear music and noises made from the adjacent rooms and the hallway. You can smell cigarette smoking in the hallway and they used a unpleasant scent trying to cover that up. When this problem was confronted with the front desk, they changed to say that all the rooms are smoking rooms and offered to spray some air refreshener inside my room or deep clean the room the next day, instead of telling the guests to stop smoking. If you are a non-smoker and don’t want to end up with a sore throat with sleepless nights after paying premium prices for these rooms, i highly don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

        One of the most bad experiences to me in my whole life . I booked the room for 3 days on check in time on the first day The girl in the reception was behaving rude and like she is if you don’t want the room just get lost like this she is talking . 2nd day I order breakfast early morning they didn’t inform us that we need to pay immediately after we eating the food I got the call from reception and girl working in reception was treated and talking to me like we are beggers or slums . Guys no one pls don’t stay nothing worth here people working in reception treat u like slums pls never ever come here Iam going to do a video in you tube showing these stupid’s who doesn’t know to behave . This will be the last time for me to stay and I won’t allow any of my friends and families to stay here . It sucks

        I need to give this a Hotel negative Star rating. But not available on Google The single worst hotel experience in my life. And considering i travel for business often that's bad. 1. There is a 2 inch step coming out of the bathroom that was sharp and annoying to sag the least. The service was apauling. Except the breakfast staff. They were professional and on point. 2. Aside from refusing to cancel and refund the room after less than 2 days on a month out trip. We went to hotel as booked but was a disaster. The first room they showed us was not a Honeymoon Suite. Which they tried to pawn off on us. Then proceeded to say they were giving us an upgrade. Upgrade of what we already paid for? 3. We specifically requested not to have any staff in our room and got back from a long day to find the room was made up and things were moved around. 4. Lastly waiting for bell service was so long we just grabbed out stuff ourself which was annoying as we had arrived on an international flight with lots of bags.

        Stayed 14 days ASQ Positives. The staff was very polite and helpful. They responded quickly. The rooms are beautiful and well designed. The area was very quiet. We had the window open and had no disturbing noises from outside. The food was different every day. The Thai food was good, the foreign food was less than good. The microwave in the room was a bid plus in order to reheat the food. The nurse was very nice. Negatives. The room was musty and this caused me to have an allergic reaction. There were bedbugs. We complained to the nurse about the bedbugs and got one new sheet immediately, but only one change in two weeks. A complete change of bedding at least once would have been reasonable. Also, new towels could be distributed several times. We only got a couple of new towels once when we requested.
