We had an amazing stay at the graduate! The coolest, cleanest, and friendliest hotel I’ve been too! Pros- - The coolest hotel theme I’ve ever seen, definitely visually enjoy this hotel -the staff were incredibly nice and helpful -they gave us complimentary free drink cards at the bar on the roof of the hotel upon check in -the room was very clean -great lighting and great view -a whole coffee shop is connected downstairs with good pricing -great location, so many great restaurants near by to try -worth the price for sure Cons- -no fan in the bathroom -no complimentary breakfast that I was aware off but some food items were for sale at the coffee shop. Up to you if pro or con- -If you like a firm bed then you might be a little hard sleeping, the beds are very soft, like the momma bears bed in the Goldilocks story. Personally I love it and had a great sleep since I love softer beds, but if you love a firm bed it might be a little bit of an adjustment. Over all the pros much outweigh the cons here and it’s was such a fun experience staying here! I will be staying here again in the future if I get the chance!

I had a great one-night stay. I stayed on a Sunday night and the hotel was quiet. Front desk was helpful and able to accommodate my request for late check-in & a room on a lower floor. The room was nice and had some charm, and the bed was very comfortable (firm with soft pillows & covers). The coffee shop was nice for a quick latte in the morning & had a quirky vibe similar to the room.

Awesome! The hotel has a cool laid back vibe and so does the rooftop lounge. The the staff was super friendly and helpful with honorable mention going to Lindsay. She set the tone for me enjoying my stay at the hotel and visiting the surrounding area. People don't take time with you anymore, just to be kind, thank you Lindsay.

Fantastic experience at The Graduate. Very unique, and great design features that compliment Seattle's history/culture. Location was great for us with 24 Hour Valet service when required - super convenient. A QR pass is given that allows you to text to have your vehicle brought right out. Staff and desk reception persons are very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The Cafe has great options for food, beverages and baked goods. Sadly, we didn't have enough time to experience the restaurant upstairs. We will be back!

From the homage to Bruce Lee, the picture of Sir Mix-a-lot on the wall to the Space Invaders picture made with 3 1/4 floppy diskettes, artistically speaking, this place is rare to say the least. Bruce Lee stayed here, and I'm pretty sure Jimmy Hendrix did too. The history here is pretty stunning. On top of it all, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we feel important to them. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you really need to do it, at least once in your life.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
