We stayed at Graf Hotel Tbilisi for 4 nights. Firstly, the hotel is very new. The rooms are very spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. There was never an issue with heating, and the water in the bathroom was quite hot. I found the breakfast to be quite sufficient. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach every place you need to visit within a short time. Despite being very close to the city center, it is located on a quiet street. We were very pleased with the reception staff at the hotel. They were all very friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted individuals. You can feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

New hotel at walking distance from freedom square. Well maintained, clean rooms and smiling staff brings positive vibe to this property however breakfast is disappointing. Though many outlets near to this property however would recommend them to start room service and make improvements in the breakfast menu

A new hotel, December 2022, in the old city, 5 minutes walk to Freedom Square, 10 to Peace bridge. The bed was comfortable. The shower is big, well designed, hot waters came instantly. Good air condition. The breakfast is good for Georgian standards. The hotel is in "Booking" but we booked directly by phone. The stuff know English and were very pleasent and helpful. Cons: a building next to the hotel is being renovated and we heard construction noises when we opened the windows between 1000 to 1700. It didn't bother us much because at these hours we were in the room for a short time.

Very nice place to stay with friendly staff, good localization, however breakfast require some improvement. Georgia its famous from its bread, but here bread and buns were terrible also lack of coffee machine in this class of hotel it’s not acceptable.. what was also strange that we have been asked to cancel our booking reservation to perform this in traditional way at reception desk, in this case we lost additional points in Booking loyalty program.

The windows from the room face the smoking area of the hotel, if you want to open the window- you'll feel like you're living in an ashtray. Big big minus for me. Food- not fresh. The rooms felt clean, new, and the location was great. Staff- very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
