Good points, well equipped, very clean, nice towels and bed linen and great shower. It's got everything you need and is compact. Although noise travels between apartments. Overall it is good value and good location for Madrid

The bed was super comfortable...very important since I have a bad back. the little apartment had pretty much everything you could need for a short stay...it even had a washer/dryer for your clothes. It was very quiet and in a fantastic neighborhood. So easy to walk to many places or to take public transportation and great restaurants and shopping. My check in was seamless and getting into the apartment super easy. I would totally stay here again!

Fantastic part of town to stay in. The street is quiet but a block away it’s full of energy. Lots of shops and restaurants and cafes and bars to check out within the area. The staff were very helpful and setup a reservation for parking as well as offered lists of sights to see, areas to picnic, top restaurants and gave great advice on using our first European washer (having it in the apartment was a saviour!). The building is quiet and the apartment was a great size for the two of us. The smart TV and comp wifi was a nice touch so we could login in to streaming service to wind down after a busy day. I’m only giving 4 stars because there’s no amenities or restaurant with the property, but they stay was a 5 star experience.

A great place for the price paid. Nice kitchen and the location is perfect, close to the city center, but at enough distance to not hear the noise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
