The hotel is well located, which made it easy for us to walk to the main tourist attractions. We stayed in one of the suites with a hot tub on the terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, it had several options. My disappointment during our stay was that the reception staff were very inattentive, and it also happened that one night after we had dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants, I ended up forgetting my bag on the table with valuable belongings inside and I only realized this on the day next, and when I went back to ask about the bag the employees kept throwing it at each other, I finally gave up on going after it. This left me very disappointed!

Basically a nice and proper Hotel. Helpful and nice front desk staff, weĺl located close to the beach. But in total comparison with other hotels at this level partially overrated. Some examples: rooms need to be maintained, servic staff partially unprofessional. Shocking is the poor cleanness at the breakfast facility (eg. drinking glasses in horrible condition).

Loved my stay at this hotel, had one of the suites with its own two level terrace and hot tub which was definitely worth it. The only slight disappointment with our stay was that a couple of the advertised onsite restaurants are closed. We were only informed of this after booking our stay, but to their credit the hotel did then offer us a good discount on our stay because of this.

This is our fifth visit to Grand Hotel Guadapin Banus and the experience is still unreal! The care and ambiance is unparalleled and we can’t wait to return again. The staff are excellent and so welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, spotless and we love the Voya products that are provided .The cuisine is unbelievable, both breakfast and evening meal. The Braseria Restaurant manager, Jose Sepulveda, has such a great command and understanding of both the cuisine and wine advice. He creates a lovely, warm atmosphere at La Braseria. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. I would recommend this as a five star stay.

I recently stayed at Gran Hotel Guadalpín Banús and was captivated by its fantastic location, offering breathtaking views from a spacious balcony. The sheer size of the rooms impressed me, but the decor felt a bit dated. The hotel boasts a private beach, which added to the overall experience.While the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, the drawback was somewhat compensated by the stunning scenery. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Gran Hotel Guadalpín Banús was pleasant, thanks to its prime location, spacious accommodations, and the added bonus of a private beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
