I highly recommend this hotel! Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfasts are very varied, plenty of vegetables and fruits, many types of bread, additionally they can prepare for you eggs or coffee with vegan milk. Swimming pool area is really lovely, however water was freezing. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel provided the true feeling of being on vacation - situated away from the busy Barcelona, with a magnificent view of the city, the time spent there was worth the effort spent to get there. The staff's friendliness was refreshing after experiencing some unpleasant "services" in other hotels I stayed previous to the visit to Gran Hotel La Florida - I could also see other customers really enjoying the time. It wasn't busy but I think it's underrated - I highly recommend this place for couples, families and even single travelers who want something a bit different from busy city life. Usually you get that kind of experience with double the price! Thank you for all the staff who made us feel great after one night. PS the welcoming champagne deserves a special attention & gratitude....!! Thank you Marc (I think that was his name) for your great service!

We stayed at the Gran Hotel La Florida last month to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Our stay was better than anticipated even though, the hotel in general needs a bit of love. The view of Barcelona from our private terrace was breathtaking. Really enjoyed the sauna and the cold pool, we were alone at times - especially on weekdays. Great treatment at L'Occitane en Provence. Breakfast was an extra but there were countless options ! Special mentions to Sergi for telling me all about Antonio, the boar that pays the hotel regular visits. To Pedro for his recommendations and his overall bubbly personality. To Christian who took good care of us at the bar and occasionally at dinner as well. And to Marc, for making us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the doors to check in and answering all of my questions and giving us good recommendations for dinner. You guys really made a big difference during our stay. Muchas gracias !

- our best days we’re spent outside the hotel as there is nothing to do in the hotel or in the surrounding area by walking distance - 70 euros drive back and forth from the city as there is No shuttle service and nothing to do near the hotel so you have to leave the hotel or shoot yourself in the head from boredom. You could take public transport but the hotel advised me it would be 2 train lines and a bus or 3 buses just to get to the Center of barcelona - Yellow water in bath - a very cold unusable pool (advertised as “room temperature”) - Massage time cut short to accommodate another guest - Expensive breakfast of £28 a person - Really poor food at dinner - Limited room service menu - Staff knocking at our door at 10pm while we were asleep and then opening the door himself with their key - Theme park noises like screaming kids and roller coasters going past sunset Ruin the vibe of the hotel - Other reviews if you sort by “recent” mention similar things - Furniture and general decor is outdated - Not what I expected when I booked a junior suite at a 5 star hotel - the restaurant staff and waiters were really nice and friendly and accommodating

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
