Amazing hotel. Large spacious well designed rooms. Nice setting. Set hours on dinning. No coffee service for early travelers. Very nice by any county’s standards. Like most places probably a touch understaffed right now but it was not a problem.

We've got a villa room. It was nice but it was dark and smelled like old. The worst was that there is not sound insulation between rooms. There was a marriage party at the hotel. The couple next to our room came very late from the party. We were woken up. We could hear everything they were talking and doing. People with no respect to others even when there are kids sleeping in the room next to them. There were lots of empty villas. The hotel should leave one empty villa in between to avoid situations like this if it is not full. The amenities are nice. The bar menu is expensive and not good quality.

A good base to go into Santiago de Compostela, especially as there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the town. The room was clean and pleasant, and the food was good.

Nice hotel with lovely rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent selection for breakfast. The only downside was the gym, which really needs bringing up to date.

The hotel is located on a good location. Perfect to explore the area and with a nice parking. The room could use an upgrade and there were ants in the bathroom. The breakfast is great with friendly staff. Dinner was not as good as expected. Overall it was an okay stay, but I expected more reading all the previous good reviews.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
