The room I was in (304) was nice and clean. As you can see, the bed is quite large and very comfortable. Now, to pass to the other parts. There was a kitchenette, a small desk, and a bathroom. The booking website advertised a washing machine, but there was none in the room. The staff is very friendly, although a bit slow. Glad I brought my own towels, because it took them 4 days to get me towels after asking (6 days after checking in) The place is a bit expensive considering the rooms are very simplistic, for instance, bedroom has 2 chairs, TV, Desk, not split into separate rooms. Might want to consider something cheaper that has a better layout. But if you're in a hurry, this place would do. When you open the water to take a shower, a bad smell comes out. Not sure what's behind this, so I'd recommend checking for yourself. The street is busy and gets noisy at times. Don't get a room facing the street.

Long but must read. Do not come here! The common area is clean and smells great but it’s an allusion. We got to our room and it’s clean. However, the bathroom was a different story. The bathroom smelled as if it was drenched in sewage water. The Bathroom fan leads to the outside, which you can see. You look outside, and see the sewage pipes coming out of the hotel rooms we attempted to stay by turning on the bathroom fan, hoping the smell would leave. That was not the case. I held my breath and quickly use the bathroom and as I left, I took a breath, and that triggered me to throw up half the smell. We asked for a room change and they told us to wait 10 minutes later, they said OK we found a room. It was a floor and room exactly above ours. They quickly sanitized the bathroom, sprayed air freshener and allowed us to walk in. The bathroom smelled like air freshener, and we were happy. We stayed in the room no more than 10 minutes and left. We came back later that night to the same issue, a bathroom that smells like sewage. The front desk fought us and said it’s our problem. They were not willing to help or even refund us our money. They said the most they can do is have a member of the crew go upstairs and clean and sanitize the bathroom again. Once the crew member came, he even said there was a bad smell to the bathroom. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this hotel, it is not worth the price. I will be contacting the Health Ministry as this is a serious health problem.

Staying for 2 nights and value for money in this aparthotel is fabulous. All you need in a spacious room. Including a mini kitchen. Muhammad from reception is very helpful, welcoming and even speaks German next to English. He gave us local tips. Definitely recommend this hotel and will repeat on day.

My experience was below average, no breakfast option available. Bathrooms are basic, they ran out of towels several times and you had to call again and again to get some. Not coming back for sure

Helpful and friendly staff, especially Mr. MOHAMED the Manager of the Hotel, he gave me a lot of tips as that was my very first trip, the location is nice. Good stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
