Outstanding customer service at this restaurant! Chamath is truly an asset to the Granbell hotel Restaurant and he served us with all enthusiasm. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Quick response to requests and a genuine willingness to accommodate preferences. Their stellar service truly enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. Food was second to none!! Loved it. Highly recommended for exceptional hospitality.

We visited this hotel while staying in Colombo. The rooms are beautiful with an ocean view, modern and clean. The rooftop was super nice with a 360 view, really good cocktails. The restaurant was an amazing surprise as well! Food was great, we sat in front of the chef so we can watch him preparing the food. Breakfast was also pretty good, they make you fresh omelette and white hopper All in all we loved the experience, would totally recommend .

The stay there was very pleasant. The hotel was beautiful and located right on the coast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Since I only had dinner there once, I can't say much about the food except that the dinner taste very good. The chef named Janith was, by the way, super friendly and very professional. If all chefs work like that there, then the hotel can be very satisfied with them. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar and rooftop pool. A great place to start your journey in Sri Lanka. Would love to come again.

We had a very good and pleasant time at the Granbell Hotel. The infinity pool is amazing. The room had a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The food and the restaurant were very good. Everything was very clean and tidy. But the best part was the personal service. Starting with Mr Irfan from room service, but also the waiters and pool/spa staff were really amazing and polite. All in all we would definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
