Avoid at all costs. Our room had the view of the STAIRS to the pool. When we called about it they just didn’t care at all. The music is extremely loud so no sleep. We stayed two nights and they didn’t turn down our room once until we called to ask. We are Marriott members and we always get a late checkout as a benefit but the girl at the front only said “can’t do that we’re sold out tomorrow” and was snappy and unfriendly. Definitely NOT worth the money. They call themselves 5 star but this experience doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Very unfortunate experience this weekend. The Grand Bohemian lounge and rooftop has been on my list for well over a year. We valeted our car, and distinctly asked our male attendant how much and for how long was parking. We were just going to have drinks and appetizers. He stated it’s $15 if you’re back within three hours. This was at 7:30. We had a drink at the lounge and then went to the rooftop for live music per our bartender’s suggestion. We had superb service from Doug our rooftop bartender. The live music was amazing! The singer was extremely talented, interacted with the crowd, and gave the rooftop such a lovely vibe. After finishing our drinks and an appetizer we headed back at 8:55pm. We handed Diana our ticket and she said cash or card- and I said card- she asked how much tip, I confirmed it was $15 and she said no it’s $21. I was confused. I explained our initial attendee told us when we arrived it was $15 if we were back within 3 hours. She very rudely interrupted and talked over me, and told me no that’s wrong. She repeatedly asked for how much tip on the card. I was so taken back at her rudeness as there was a line for valet that I said 4 making my total $25. She was extremely condescending and inappropriate with her attitude and mannerisms. I am not cheap by any means- we spent over $150 between the lounge and the rooftop. I simply do t like being taken advantage of, which I feel is what took place here. The lounge and the rooftop bar tenders were amazing, but sadly won’t be returning due to the inappropriate valet service.

Zero hotel etiquette by non-hotel gas. Hotel was fabulous. The room was great however, corporate business parties are extremely loud, lacking in hotel, etiquette, and take up, taking up the majority of the staff leaving hotel guess unserviced. Our experience in the room, and in the hotel in general was very good. The location is great walking distance to so much in downtown Orlando however because of the atmosphere, I don’t think will stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Visited for a wedding. Front desk employees were not helpful and frankly, unfriendly. Bar staff decided to shut down early and refused service as of 1115 when the night prior last call was 1150. Very disappointed as our out of town guests anticipated spending the last hour together. They started prepping for brunch and pushing us out. Recently remodeled and amazing location. I expected better from a Marriot signature hotel.

I have stayed here before and it was excellent. This stay was very sub par and I will not stay here again. Front desk staff has no attention to detail and gave us a double room and not king as reserved. When we went down to correct, they said they gave us that room because there were no king rooms available and we'd have to wait until 6pm. Pool bartender not attentive. When asked for a bagel that was part of a menu item, I was told that it is not possible and had to order entire sandwich. Pool does not get sun, poor position on property. Trust me, try another hotel!!
