This apartment is located in city center, good central location. Apartment is clean, furnitures is out of date. Living room has no cosy lighting, it’s only the main lighting , I’d moved a small bed light to the dining table for cosy light atmosphere. However no inside door mat which can be bringing dirt from outside into the apartment. No hooks for clothes for your coats and jackets. Which is not so handy if you are with 4 persons to stow the coats we used the chairs of dinning table. Price is cheap however for this price you can have a better apartment even closer to city center. comments if the staff asked me to delete my experience. Think twice if you choose this accommodation.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was mostly clean, the location was perfect for us, and the staff was very responsive, friendly and supportive. The only reason I gave a 4, instead of a 5, was because the advertising is a LITTLE misleading. Usually, on hotels.com - you can select the exact apartment, so you know what accommodation you are booking. As pointed out in other reviews, you don't always get what you expect. We had a smaller, older kitchen and bathroom than expected for the "superior, city view, 3 bedroom apartment". The spacing was fine, but we didn't have the same city-view, and/or kitchen and bathrooms that we saw online when we booked. They display ALL pictures of the apartments, not just the specific apartment you are booking. It's fine, just be aware upfront when you book. We'd still recommend staying here.

By far the best value apartment we ever stayed in Budapest. Great location, close to the center but in a quiet street. The freshly renovated apartment is well equipped, comfortable, clean and very spacious. It feels like a real home rather than a temporary accommodation. However, the best part was how kind and caring the apartment staff was. Amanda was amazing, she really cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the guests. She even arranged special requests such as extra key and late checkout. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
