I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Cevahir Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul, and it was truly a remarkable experience. I gave them 5 star at the beginning of my stay here because the staff were friendly. But I’ve experienced a terrible service from other staffs. I have tipped more than 200 lira their staffs but for 2 days they didn’t give complementary water and after the check out when I asked for a small bottle of water their front desk said you have to buy it. It’s not about the money it’s about customer service! I edited my review to give other travelers accurate information. The staff hardly speak and understand English.

I recently stayed at the Grand Cevahir Hotel Convention Center for a 3-day Congress, and I must say I was disappointed with my experience. The first issue I encountered was the exorbitant prices of the rooms, which I found to be unreasonably expensive. On top of that, the quality of food in the hotel was quite disappointing. The dishes were excessively salty, and the sweets were not up to my expectations. On the positive side, the hotel's location is convenient, with many attractions nearby. However, the decor of the hotel is just mediocre and not something I would highly recommend. In conclusion, while the hotel's location is a plus, the high room prices and the subpar quality of food and decor left me with an overall unfavorable impression. I would suggest exploring other options in the area for a more satisfying experience.

It's really not a 5 star hotel: - The first night, when we use bathroom, we saw that the water didn't drain. It's strange that they haven't noticed before. Even after they fixed it, It was too slow. - They didn't clean the room. you have to mentioned that where the dirt was and then they cleaned it. It's really strange. - I find a little spider on the napkin in the restaurant. - The hotel manager did not take a responsibility and try to explain about the problem. I think he is the big mistake to running this hotel. Although there was a good breakfast and the people, except the manager were kind.

The worse hotel experience in my life! I was shocked to know that it’s actually a 5 stars hotel.. 1- my water-flask and many personal items were stolen, after we reported the missing items to the managers their illogic answer was „we‘re sorry they probably thought it’s garbage“ In no other hotel I had such an insecure feeling of being robbed! My water-flask, my friend’s Zippo lighter, other friend’s scarf definitely don’t look like garbage! 2- the bed was the worst thing i ever experienced. The mattress hasn’t been changed since the hotel exists, it sagged so bad that I was slipping into the hole all the time.. 3- In the bathroom they didn’t have any place to hang the big towels. 4- a general disgusting smell in the hotel halls, the hygiene was really absent, even the bed sheets were smelling horrible. I’ve heard so many similar comments from other members of the orchestra, so yeah.. All in all terrible..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
