A so claimed 4* hotel but no Restaurant to order/ eat food. Only Breakfast served which is just fine. Rooms are small but windows ate not air/ sound tight.

The hotel is very centrally located, you can get with grab everywhere in a few minutes. I was thrilled with the breakfast buffet. There were warm, cold dishes and in addition if you wanted the cook prepared you eggs. The rooms were clean and I had a breathtaking view from my bed. the highlight was for me the rooftop. From there you have a wonderful view of the whole city and the highlight was the Ferris wheel and the dragon bridge. I can't understand why people complain that the staff could not speak good English. The staff is very friendly courteous and I was able to talk to them. People should think that they travel to a foreign country and when people make so much effort and are so helpful. That they should not criticize for their sufficient English knowledge. The staff does a very good job and I will come back because the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I loved this hotel and stayed for longer than I planned. Amazing views of the mountains and city 🏞️🏙️ The rooms are big and clean, the bed was the most comfortable I've had in Vietnam!😴... It has a rooftop pool and gym, Great english speaking staff and the buffet breakfast is a fabulous mixture of Vietnamese and western food. 🍜🥓🍳😁 I will definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and the shower is nice. Personnel is very kind and speaks well in english. The breakfast that is included is very good and there’s plenty of choices. It’s located close to everything by a little 5 min ride. Thank you for hosting us :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
