This is a three star hotel close to Abu Dhabi Corniche. The rooms are spacy and clean, however the furniture seems tired and outdated. The front desk employees are kind and responsive, the check in process was quick and smooth. The location is convenient close to transportation, shopping and services. All in all good value for money.

This hotel is situated on Hamdan Street just behind the Adidas Showroom( its their biggest showrrom - you can't miss it!). The hotel looks luxurious for the price they charge. The service is good. You can book the hotel online, but there is a 15 AED tourism charge by the government that needs to be paid upfront. The rooms, as shown in the video, are spacious and good. There is room service. If you have a club memeship you can get a discount on room stay(enquire about it while booking online). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I think it was value for money!!. There is breakfast buffer for 30-50 AED in the morning.

My room was huge and had 2 beds. Hot water was available during the day. The food was good. Great location, close to corniche, malls, restaurants. No swimming pool No gym No free parking, daily fees is 15 AED. TV channels are limited, and the quality of video and audio are so poor.

Old rooms and poor customer services. There are no features in room like ironbox, glass, directory etc. Food should never be an option because of the visible cleanliness. Bed is too small for single person. AC is from stone ages. Not worth the money.

Most of the employees are bad at dealing with tourists. I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel To ensure higher quality, I suggest you change the receptionist because his behavior is very bad

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
