Great place with a nice location. We went to Gardenia Brasserie for the Chefs night buffet and it was very good. They have huge variety of salads, cold starters, hot bites, different main dishes, soups with different condiments, and amazing dessert section! Highly recommend!

The hotel location is convenient as it is close to the Metro. The family room was spacious and clean. The staff was polite and breakfast had good options. There was attention to detail in everything. Although we had minor service challenges in the beginning, after sharing it with Mr. Daniel, everything was taken care of. Ms. Sabina and Ms. Hannah both were kind and shared useful local information. They also arranged special meals and an airport drop off for us. We all left with a smile. Thank you to everyone who served us at The Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel.

I wish I had spent my entire trip at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel (next time for definite). The hotel staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are humongous, luxurious and have all the comforts one would need, I slept very well - quiet and comfy bed. Purely by coincidence, while getting morning coffee on the last day, I met the General Manager, who was nice to talk too and friendly - so a good ending to my trip. They have luggage storage and reception staff said I can use the pool area on the roof after check out as my flight is at 2.50am. Overall, there is absolutely nothing I can fully expect that I didn't stay longer.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge, comfortable and feels like home. The staff are incredible. Especially Mr. Mohamed. He is always polite, kind and provided excellent customer service. My first time in Dubai was such a wonderful experience because Mr. Mohamed was always willing to assist in anyway he can, especially with directions. He didnt get tired of me asking repeatedly. He is truly an asset to the hotel. The hotel's facilities are well kept. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. Thank you for a memorable stay and great hospitality.

My experience at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel was excellent. The location is so convenient and close to metro station. Had amazing Arabic dinner with my friend and delicious open buffet at Gardenia restaurant. Very wide selection of food and desserts will surprise you. If you are looking for a place with authentic cuisine at affordable price this place is for you! Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
