I only reason I am giving a 3 is due to maintenance desperately required. The rooftop lights needed replacing and the airstream interior (although beautifully decorated) needed upkeep. Wallpaper peeling, windows damaged, shower floor cracked etc. Otherwise a fantastic experience.

We had booked to the airstream trailers on top for a unique stay. However we did not realize they had different size trailers and the one we ended up with was tiny. Just a bed, the bathroom is outside. We ended up switching to an inside suite which was gorgeous. Just be aware and ask for a bigger one with inside bathroom. Some batheooms you had to come outside your camper and can be seen by anyone outside on the patio. The biggest issue however is the noise from the nearby Bars. If you want night life and music pumping every night till 3am this is your place. If you want to actually sleep I would not at all recommend the hotel. It was so loud we slept with our headphones on playing soft music to try and drown out the Bar music. The people were amazing and very helpful during our stay and the breakfast was lovely at the restaurant in the hotel.

Staff is absolutely amazing!!!! Rooms a bit small but comfortable and clean. Restaurant and rooftop bar staff amazing!! Ben, Luvuyo, Evans, Thapelo are the very best! Quality of food is not consistent unfortunately and needs attention.

Lovely little hotel. Love the Cosy rooftop bar and chill area. Even a spot where you can watch some movies. Their restaurant down stairs offers these really inexpensive egg and bacon sandwiches with coffee for about R55. What most people don't know is that every first Thursday, they also have a few artist installations, which is usually paired with some wine tasting or a gin. Tasting. It's really cool vibe. Go check it out, at the next first Thursday event.

This is a hotel with so much character and has so much to offer. Each staircase leading to the next floor level is decorated differently and keeps you interested in what's next to discover. The roof top cinema is such an innovative idea and added feature for visiting guests. The rooms are well decorated and clean. Breakfast at Thirty Ate restaurant was well prepared, delicious and served with so much friendliness. The hotel staff are friendly and caring. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
