Very-very nice room with quite low prices for 4-stars hotel, one of best option to stay for family and also newlywed, and also nice breakfast menus by serving tasty Indonesian cuisine. Nice service from the attendants, I will have my next stay here in Grand Dafam again. Highly recommended.

Not recommended and not worth. I stay 4 nights . The room and furnishing was so dirty. Walls cracked and crockroaches. Towels they provided very dirty and too old. Room furniture very old and damaged. Wardrobe doors not open and close properly. Breakfast very poor menu and not have quality food. Absolutely not worth and not recommended to anyone. Don't book this hotel.

The staff was AMAZING. They were very friendly & gave good advice on where to go for night market (PecahKulit). The BREAKFAST WAS SO TASTY! spent a good 4hrs just eating *laughs* Was allowed early check in at 12pm yay! The rooms was spacious & bed was very comfy, quite dated but alright. A broken lighting fixture was replaced within 30mins. The room smelled slightly musty (old hotel smell), so the housekeeping let me keep the deodorant in the room. Sadly had very little sleep there, as my room faced the highway & it was noisy from 5am onwards, even from 18th floor. Thus how I ended up with breakfast at 6am *laughs* Ps: Entrance to parking is 3k, but it'll be free if you take the parking voucher from the counter before going anywhere.

This is my second visit and right now I'm very delighted to share my experience and review. My first visit was last year, so compared to this second visit I found they show some upgrades. Some are: 1. Microwave, last year I didn't get this facility. This stuff really helps me to cook some simple dishes or to warm food. 2. More clean, really impressed seeing every unreachable is more clean than before 3. There are some food stalls around the pool so we can buy some food to warm our body. 4. Free towel provided next by the pool, I'm not sure if this service is new or is it just my bad luck that last year we didn't see this table. Definitely this place is very recommended for staycation with friends, family or couples. I only have 1 negative review , regarding the pedestrian outside the building that is very dangerous to use so we prefer to walk at the edge of the street very carefully because the traffic always crowd, I hope the management may fix this matter.

This hotel was formerly called Aston Marina Ancol Hotel, so this isn't a new hotel. The room I ordered was a Deluxe Suite, with such a big room in Jakarta the price is very worth it. The room was divided into 2 separate sides, on the left side was the bedroom & bathroom and on the right side was the kitchen & living room. Honestly I was really happy with how big the room is, but unfortunately it wasn't that clean. The floor felt so dusty, so it required me to always wear sandals in the room. Besides that, the furniture also looked old and many were chipped, but still usable. In the corner of the bathroom, there was termite droppings or the like that had not been cleaned, which was quite disturbing for me. No bath mat was provided in the bathroom so you need to be prepared the bathroom floor will be watery after you take a shower. For breakfast, I was quite satisfied because there was plenty to choose from and it tasted great. The servings were tiny but they kept bringing out new stuff so it was always fresh. What's really cool is they had all these different variants of instant noodle so you could pick your own toppings - not many places do that. FYI, the hotel is connected to the apartment building and they both share the swimming pool. Unfortunately, that means there's less privacy and not as much security since it's easy for strangers to get into the hotel's rooms through public entrances.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
