        The shower was good, the rooms were nice and service fine. We used the laundry service and it worked out really well. Only thing to be aware of is that most rooms don't have a window. We had upgraded thinking we would get a window (as pictured) but it turns out that upgrades just give bigger rooms and there are no guarantee of a window.

        Highly recommend this hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff are helpful. The room was nice and spacious. They offer free breakfast just make sure to arrive early.

        Room was not clean, there were some bugs on the walls, the toilet was mouldy and the room in general had a mouldy smell. The tv did not work and it seemed that there was no signal from the room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was alright, 5 mins walk to the Aeon mall

        I highly recommend this hotel, friendly staff, and has a Good location 5 minutes from Aeon and Royal Palace. For Breakfast, I love it so much, it's a very nice hotel

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
