        I was a little bit hesitant when we first arrived after seeing previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness and services of the friendly staff. A very good value for money and I would stay there again if I am in Istanbul.

        Poor location. Though its 15 mins away from metrobus and m2 sisli fulya exit, the 15 min walk will be heart throbbing since there is too much elevation and slope. Service is poor. They find chances to charge you at every extra service. Even water isn’t complimentary. Rooms are poorly furnished with walls breaking apart and plaster ripping off. And when you report it they aint even sorry about it moreover they tell you they are charging you cheaper so you don’t deserve any service. Ruined my stay in Istanbul.

        If there was an option to give them zero stars I would have chosen it. This is the worst hotel anyone can book. They have zero respect for their customers, and they dare to accuse their customers of lying through their comments on previous reviews. We were a group of 5 people going to istanbul. We booked a suite for 3 people and a double room. We booked through booking.com, and we were promised an upgrade of the double room through our genius status. When we arrived at 4:30 pm, they told us that the suite has a problem and that we can’t rent it, and gave us an option to rent 2 double rooms instead of the suite at a higher price. When we complained, they said that their new option accommdates 6 people now instead of 5 (which we obviously did not need). Although we asked them to see the suite, and we still considered staying in it regardless of the problem, they refused, as the suite was obviously booked by someone else. Instead of informing us since the morning to consider our options, they decided to inform us upon our arrival. In any respectful hotel, the management would offer room upgrades as an apology to such unprofessional actions. Instead, this hotel manager refused to come see as, and informed us through the hotel receptionist to either take their new offer or go look elsewhere. Since it was already late and we came tired from a long travel, we would have stayed at the higher price had the management been more respectful or offered any compensations, but we decided not to stay there due to their rudeness and lack of manners. I wouldn’t wish this situation or ill treatment upon anyone, and I would like to warn all the future Grand Elmira guests.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
