We had been to Almaty for a couple trip and staying at this hotel was the worst experience we have had in our years of traveling to various countries. If I could rate 0 that’s what I would give. This hotel is not recommended for anyone who expect to have a pleasant stay. The staff is terrible. No house keeping. Main highlight is their rooms dont have proper A/c ventilation. Breakfast they serve past day’s items itself such as old bread, almost all items are cold and there is no change in menu. The staff is very unfriendly or unwelcoming. If we have any query concerning the location, all they have to say is “ I Don’t Know, you can check”. In regards to washroom the hot water hardly works. In simple words a living nightmare and this place is to be taken out from the hotel industry itself and can be kept for any other business.

I wish there is a 0 star to rate this hotel. Stayed here for 3 days and it was nothing but disaster. 1. AC is not working, no windows and you feel like totally trapped inside the wall with no ventilation. I was staying here with door open to let the air in. 2. Breakfast - Poor selection with 90 percent of items repeated in every day menu. 3. Staffs aren't courteous and friendly. Came here with an Air Arabia package and it was really disappointing.

The ride from the airport to the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The journey was smooth and comfortable, offering a nice introduction to the city's landscape. However, this initial positive impression was overshadowed by the hotel experience itself. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was met with a receptionist who spoke English well. This was a promising start, as effective communication is crucial for a smooth check-in process. However, the initial positivity began to wane when I reached my room. The room I was assigned turned out to be windowless, which was quite disappointing. A room without a window can feel rather claustrophobic and lacks the natural light that contributes to a more pleasant stay. This unexpected setback put a damper on my overall impression of the hotel. Regrettably, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this hotel based on my experience. While the breakfast provided was satisfactory, it couldn't overshadow the disappointment of the room situation. Additionally, the hotel service itself left much to be desired. The lackluster service contributed to an overall sense of dullness that did not align with the hospitality experience I was hoping for. In conclusion, while my journey from the airport to the hotel started on a positive note, my overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to crucial details. The lack of a window in my room, along with lackluster service and an overall sense of dullness, leaves me with reservations about recommending this hotel to fellow travelers.

👍 Fine Hotel near Almaty Airport. They offer a 21,000 room cheapest. BUT VERY VERY HOT‼️. There is no windows or AC. Had to keep the door open 👎. You should spend 3-4,000 more for the next upgrade room. No bugs 👍. Clean bed 👍. Hot shower water 👍 Breakfast, pool, sauna all included 👍. Be ready to leave at checkout time. The reception will come and knock on your door 1hr-30mins before your checkout time.

Me (Satyan Sharma) and Suraj Singh are a frequent traveller. We love Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 a lot. Astana, Almaty and Shymkent have beautiful scenic beauty. We booked the hotel for 16th Oct to 18th Oct. The behavior of the MALE receptionist was disgusting. He didn’t greet us first of all. Then next day I tried to greet him 2 twice. But he ignored us. His behavior was rude. Before check out I request for water bottles which usually we get every day in the room and even in every hotel while travel but here we didn’t get. Food was also not good. Atleast some of the items me kept warm. And it seems to be not fresh. Air conditioning was not working. Bath robes were dirty. Spa facility which was free. But no one guide us for spa.
