        This is by far the worst hotel I have visited. From no electricity in the room to hair all over the beds. It was so bad that they took us to another hotel across the street which was abandoned. my wife did not feel safe and we did not sleep that one night that we had to stay because it was 1am. The owner is money hungry and would not give us our money back and started swearing at us. Please do not visit this hotel if you reading this. Its a scam with fake pictures online. The owner is a thief and coward. Shame on him!!! We left the next morning as it was unbearable to stay any longer

        Very bad experience. They advertise nice and clean room but when I reach there they offer me room into next building. Room and toilet not very clean. Room refrigerator was full of smell and not working, TV has no signals. I complained for both thing but no action taken. Toilet has smell, rusty taps and door lock. Door lock broken. One of the staff manager was very rude

        My stay at Grand esen hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the rooms as they were small, dirty, neglected, and did not match the images on the website. Improvements are needed to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

        We were unlucky as the electricity got disrupted on the whole street. But normal hotels have a generator. The rooms are quite small, breakfast is meh, staff doesn’t speak English well (but surprisingly good German). The location is the only thing which is good.

        This place is opposite to the hotel. The place was very small for 4 person. The bathroom was also very small. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly in the beginning but just before check out he asked my booking i just showed him he got my phone and without my knowledge he added reviews in the app which was really bad. I did not like that behaviour. The area is very good you could find good restaurants nearby and tram station just around the corner.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
