Not exactly what I expected from the pictures and reviews. The staff who checked me in we're not super friendly like I've experienced at other hotels in Japan. The hotel was obviously setup for people looking for a more exotic experience. There were a number of sex related products throughout the room as well a vending machine and slot machine. The bed actually wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely cramped. The experience was tolerable for the night I was there but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. It may be fine for many guests but know what you're getting before you reserve a room.

Very spacious, well equipped (huge flat screen TV, projector, sauna, ambient music, stepper, slot machine) room, unbelievable. Just the wifi and breakfast was a little bit weaker, but not bad. The location is also good - quite close to the subway (and you can always walk down the hill, when going to the hotel, take the stop up the hill, when leaving the hotel, go to the station closer to the centre). Quiet area and shops nearby. Knowledge of English language is poor, but they will try hard to understand and help you.

Very spacious room all the products you could want plus romance equipment haha ? 😂. Spa bath, slot machines projectors, all in your room. Perfect for couples who want space to relax and have a little bit of spice. Great location and from my experience, id say its for adults only. I think its maybe abit R18+ for a family holiday - ( or not, i guess it depends on how close you are to your family 😉 )

In comparison to Tokyo, you are getting double the size at half the price. The location is a bit remote but the hotel is so worth it. It has everything including a hotel tub, sauna, and karaoke in the room. Great food and room service. Will come here again.

Really great hotel with lots of space and nice quiet location. Yes, it is a love hotel but don't let that deter you. You probably won't find a bigger room in Japan

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
