I was doubting whether to go to the classic or the urban one. But when I saw the location in Neukoln I was happy with the urban choice. 👌😎 The road is very busy, so I was a little worried about the room on the roadside, but surprisingly with the window closed there is almost no noise in the room. I even slept during the day on the busiest moment like a baby 😅🙏 So my worries were for nothing luckily 😜 I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds, a very tidy room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, for sure when on a budget I can recommend this hostel, they also have very affordable single rooms.

It was really nice staying at this place. Easy booking online, no prepayment. You reach the city center in few minutes. You pay at the counter. The guy on the counter was friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this place

Good location, friendly staff, but poor cleaning Me and my friend stayed at this hostel for five nights. The location was good, close to the U-Bahn at Hermanzplatz, making it easy to get around. The area was a bit noisy, with some questionable characters around, but we didn't have any problems. The lobby was nice and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a four-bed dorm, which was a bit small, but it was fine. It was my first time staying in a hostel, so I didn't bring towels, and we were charged €3.90 each for them. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. It was poor. The rooms were cleaned superficially with a vacuum cleaner, the trash was taken out, and the bathroom was cleaned occasionally, but that was it. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds. The cleaners would come into the room whenever they felt like it. One of them was rude. When we told her we had switched beds, she started swearing in her language and being aggressive. Another day, she didn't know which bed to change and thought someone had snuck into the room, and she got aggressive again. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was well-maintained. The restaurant staff was excellent. We spent a few evenings at the lobby bar, and the prices were good. Overall, if you can overlook the cleanliness, I would say I had a good experience. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and I was happy with the location, the staff, and the breakfast. However, cleanliness is important, especially in a shared space with strangers.

As a solo traveler I had a very pleasant time at this hostel. The rooms were good and comfortable, the location was perfect, next to the U Bahn, i felt very safe and I slept well. I was lucky to have great roomates. I really recom it !

A nice hostel with some really good breakfast on a very noisy crowded street. We were there with my dog and somebody spit on her while we were crossing the street so that wasn’t very nice, but thats not the establisment’s fault. Definetely would consider staying there again, but not the best location for a puppy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
