Beautiful hotel overlooking the port, the view was stunning. Staff were very attentive from the front desk to the breakfast room. Thank the breakfast team for caring and helping during the service. Unfortunately couldn’t remember her name.

The staff is very courteous and they took very good care of us… we would love to have stayed longer and the the rooms with the view are so amazing. Lovely experience overall. They also have a small collection of take aways offering select products which are reasonably priced and locally made.

From check-in to departure, the hotel is the perfect place for a leisurely stay by the Old Port. A highlight is always the unhurried buffet breakfast overlooking the harbour front. Housekeeping is thorough, flexible and considerate of guests needs. Very impressed with staff generally who cannot be any more competent, helpful and friendly. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had a superb stay at the Grand Hotel Beauvau! We visited Marseille to see a Rugby World Cup 2023 game. Location was perfect - right down in the old port - and the service was top notch. The room had a nice view of the port and so did the bar. The room was perfect with the combination of old world charm with modern amenities. The hotel embraced the spirit of the World Cup with little rugby touches and even had a South African (and Tongan) flag to welcome us into the lobby. The late checkout until 6pm was very convenient for the day we left. I would absolutely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful at arrival. The room (dublex) had an excellent view and balcony, right at the old harbour. Yet if the doors were closed it was quiet. The decor in the room was nice there was minibar and espresso as well as a bathroom, with shower, bath, and bathrobes. Nice breakfast buffet, minor point were the eggs served at breakfast. Location was very central, parking garage nearby. Really big city feel with its pros and cons.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
