We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Those rooftop views at sunset, the drinks, and the location were all fantastic! The room was so calming, the bed was comfortable and it was picture-perfect. Hotel staff were nice, lobby decor was beautiful, and the bathrooms were spacious. The only downside was the elevators were on the smaller side, but who is actually spending their vacation in an elevator anyway? 5/5 would definitely recommend! I think we stayed in room 307.

What a wonderful hotel! It is in an excellent location! Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. A wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet too. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace bar. Stunning views of the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel right next door to the Duomo. Super friendly staff and two top selling points for us: * Fab roof top bar. Do book a time as soon as you arrive though as it fills up. * "Valet parking". Sort of, they have two spots in front of the hotel where you can have your car picked up if you've booked parking with them. Florence is insane to drive in so any help you can get. Would come back and stay again, but not drive next time :)

We are very upset for the service and luck of collaboration received by this hotel therefore we do not recommend it to anyone. We booked a non refundable room last year, in their T&C it wasn't specified that it was not possible to change date as well! Unfortunately, we had something sad happening in our family that obliged us to cancel the trip to Florence. As this was a Euro 341 room, we asked if we could change the date and pay any difference of price but the hotel didn't accept it. This is very upsetting as would not book this room if we knew that.
