I had the worst experience at this hotel. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful! We were early and asked for an early check in. He said there was no room ready. We waited 45min until there was a room ready. When we asked to check in he said he would charge us an extra 10euro. When I asked why he didn’t mention this to us earlier he got loud and put his hand on me. I asked him to please remove his hand off me and his response was that we should leave the hotel and that he was going to cancel our booking and that he was not going to explain anything to us. He got louder and louder in front of all guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone regardless of the price if they still have such receptionists representing them. The location is very bad, the place didn’t seem so nice but the fact that the receptionists was rude made it worst. Don’t book this place!

It is tempting to book this hotel since it's close to the train station, HOWEVER, if you value security and safety especially as a woman, do NOT book this hotel. It is basically a red light district. I traveled with my family, and still did not feel safe. On to the hotel... when we arrived, the receptionist was not there, and we waited for at least 10 minutes before we checked in. The rooms itself were not the best, they were very dim. I would not recommend this hotel, and would give it no star if possible.

Hotel in general is very poor and I would not recommend anyone to stay here even if price is low. Negative Location: -located in the worst part of Frankfurt - the immediate area is very dangerous with drug dealers / sex shops / sex workers and many many homeless. -the proximity next to the station is not worth it. -the hotel images paint it in a very rosey light. Reception -we asked to check in before the 3pm time - no consideration was given, an immediate no. Room -located on the 1st floor, facing the inner building area. -very small room -towels are tiny and threadbare, many with holes -lighting is non existent -AC not working nor safe in the room -shower - does not drain / shower door broken General -very strong chemical smell throughout the corridors and entrance F&B -considering the room and hotel did not attempt any of the offerings Positive - bottle on the bathroom door. The only positive part of the room. We did not feel it was worth speaking to the receptionist about our issues, who do not look up from their computer when you pass, nor say hello. Overall. DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid the hotel in general. If you are researching where to stay in Frankfurt - AVOID THIS HOTEL

Dangerous area with lots of drug, you could see people taking drug in the street day or night. Receptionists are unprofessional. Slow to do check in and are unfriendly. Room is terrible small. Pictures on internet are FAKE, nothing alike. And the bed is in the corner, and the bed is too short, you could not sleep straight (I’m 179cm normal height). Worst experience I ever had. Even I have paid everything for the whole stay, I have to leave the hotel after one night. Every minute is struggle there 😖

Beware! This area is not safe at all Note it is also the red light districts so as a female I did not feel safe walking alone at night or during the day. There were a lot of drug addicts around. Rooms are nice,have cool colourful lights behind the bed and the bathroom is a decent size.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
