Below my expectations for a 4 stars. Currently surrounded by construction sites and scafolding. The entrance is facing the back side of restaurants on the Zeil so it is basically the street where all their rubbish is collected. The tv im the room tunes hundreds of cable channels but only few are not encrypted. English style breakfast with eggs sausages and beans but with some Inconsistency with the supplies from one day to another. Personnel very kind.

Everything was ok, not 5 stars cos the rooms need a bit of renovations and a fresh paintjob but I was actually pleasantly surprised by the hotel and i would definately stay again. Positives: -location -friendly check-in staff. -room was quiet at night (very important for me!!) -bathroom modern enough -firm bed -2 types of pillows!! First hotel in Germany i have visited that has firm, rectangular pillows, and not only the square full of air pillows all other hotels have. -breakfast with enough selection. I would stay again for sure.

Given a voucher by Lufthansa for a cancelled trip, 1 night was enough to obliterate any good thought about a future stay in Frankfurt. A dirty and stinky place, only suitable for savage animals. How on earth can it be rated 4 stars, only god knows. Stay away, it's for your own sake

The pictures are nothing Compared to what its really looks like, the Hotels Location is very convenient everything is literally 3 min away, But the hotel itself i wouldnt recommend to anyone the rooms floors were stained and i am pretty sure that since its opening nothing has been renovated there, bathroom is very bad i found mold in the corners of the Bathroom, there were no toiletries if we havent asked for new Towels we wouldn't have become new ones.. House keeping is not available after 2 pm. Breakfast is served from 6-10 am and there where no different varieties only Pork, Cheese and bread, no Vegan Options at all so it was a waste of money.. Rooms arent that clean beds and pillows are smelly, and there is no Water in the rooms. Wouldnt recommend anyone if it was refundable and cancelable i would have canceled and booked at another Hotel. It doesnt deserve 4 stars not even a one star.

We stayed one night in this hotel on our way back to Netherlands. This is a terrible hotel, the staff in reception desk is very rude and there is a construction ongoing, started quite early. If you are looking for a good sleep and good service hotel, I strongly recommend for another one. There are always better choices in town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
