Part of tripADeal Hotel. Room 121. October 2023. Very nice Hotel 10 min walk to trulli. Rooms spacious and modern. Large ks bed. So far no hotels have coffee making facilities. There is a mini bar with beer, soft drink and wine and a few nibbles to purchase. Bathroom toiletries are all in dispensers. Shower over bath with great water pressure. Breakfast was good. Cereals, yogurt as well as frozen, prunes and peaches, table with cold meat and cheese and the tastiest Roma tomatoes sliced in olive oil, frittata, boiled egg, juices and breads. Tables are set up with tablecloths,all the cutlery, jug filled with hot and extremely strong coffee and plates of pastries. Very nice indeed. Would recommend this hotel easy and centrally located to trulli.

I stayed here with a large group of people visiting Alberobello and the nearby villages. The rooms were average. The hairdryer in the bathroom cut out every 5 minutes and you had to wait for it to cool down before it switched on again. It took forever to dry my hair. The breakfast was very disappointing seeing that the hotel is 4 star. Also a big NO was the unfinished wine brought to the table the next evening. Absolutely unacceptable and totally not in line with 4 star service. I had to ask to have the air conditioning switched off completely from the mains as the room was too hot. It was an OK hotel but definitely not classed as a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Wonderful hotel in the center of the old section of beautiful Lecce in Puglia, Italy. Clean and spacious rooms. Old world charm but with all modetn amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice restaurant serving delicious food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
