        Ok budget hotel, but definitely not an upscale four star as advertised. Expect a 3 star Pros: -Location is excellent, near the Vatican and a castle -economical hotel -beds were comfortable -breakfast is acceptable, not as bad as other guests make it out to be from the reviews. Don’t expect smoked salmon and premium coffee but it’s got a decent assortment of food, canned fruits, eggs, a coffee machine to get you and your family up and ready for the day -within a ten minute walk to a subway station -I appreciate that the hotel staff spoke more than one language, not all four star hotels in Italy offer this. it made the stay more inviting Cons: -hotel has a nice decor but paint spotting from renovations is omnipresent throughout the hotel and rooms -shower will take around 15 minutes to heat up with hot water -room was not on par with four star cleanliness, dusty, particularly under beds, and shower drain was clogged with hair which caused the shower to pool at your feet after a couple minutes -heat shuts off automatically around 2am and doesn’t turn on again until around 5-6am, you can’t use the thermostat during this period as it’s offline. When I asked the receptionist for a blanket as it was cold in the room I received a blanket but with it a very loud sigh and an eye roll, as if service for the guests is a burden rather than a goal for the hotel. A normal four star hotel would apologize, ask to see if more blankets were needed, provide advance notice that the heating goes offline and offer more blankets proactively etc -parking is expensive: 30 euros per night -the first night we stayed there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and elevator. No other issues the rest of the nights, not sure if it’s related to renovations ongoing in the basement. -no coffee machine or hot water kettle in room, but there is a minibar Verdict: it’s worth staying for the price point but don’t expect a four star hotel service and you won’t be disappointed.         For a 4-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired… The rooms are really noisy… the shutter didn’t close properly since it was broken so a lot of light and noise came through the window… the hotel was very dirty in general (rooms included). The door of the room didn’t lock from the inside, one of the beds was crooked at the legs. A LOT OF DUST under the bed and in the bedroom in general, terrible to breathe that all night long. We shared our concerns with the staff after the first night and they did nothing to try and make it better. It also lacked maintenance…. The only positive thing was the location since it was close to everything, but then again… everything is close in rome. Definitely DON’T recommend this hotel.

        Very surprised! Everything was excellent. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Great Value and in a great location. There were 10 of us and they accomodated us just fine including getting us to the train station.

        Hotel is classed as a four star. This is clearly very misleading. The foyer looks tired and paint is stained, walls cracked. There is no hotel bar. There is a lift for disabled - thumbs up for that. The rooms are actually pretty awful. The walls are dirty and stained. The bathroom is old and in need of repair eg shower head is rusted and unable to move positions, shower stall very small. But the water pressure is great! The beds are rock hard and whilst the sheets were clean, the bed cover was quite smelly. The sheets are clean and changed daily. Each room had several beds in them but only one small plastic chair. Just a few sachets of toiletries on first day - one customer asked for more but was refused. The breakfast - don’t bother! Very limited selection and never changed. The coffee machines don’t work. But they had boiled eggs! 👍 The air conditioning is rationed to late afternoon until 2am so in the sweltering Rome heat it was useless. Our room air conditioning didn’t work either. However! The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have excellent knowledge of Rome and what to do and see. They will order taxis and offer advice in best food etc. the location is probably the best part - perfect spot to walk around all sights. Few minutes from the Vatican but even for someone with limited mobility like me if felt like walking to other places was manageable. Disappointing hotel on many fronts but also some positives. I think my main concern is that it should not have 4 star status, it is misleading for other customers booking and could only invite further poor reviews as it does not live up to that level. At a 2 or 3 it would be as expected.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
