This is not a Hilton or Marriott. Now that we got that out of the way. This hotel is a little run down. Damaged walls and floors. Outside is ugly. But, I’m not living there. I just need a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Room was adequate. Breakfast was rough, pancakes, powdered eggs, sausage, and a few other things. All were less then Walmart quality. Good for kids, not adults. The reasons why review dropped to 2 stars instead of 4 or 5 is they turned my room key off with no notice. Their credit card machines were down during checking, I owed $30. They told me to come back anytime to pay it. I did honestly forget. Instead of them calling my cell, texting me, leaving a note. They turned my room key off. Coming back from a theme park with bags and all of us with full hands and an unloaded car, we discovered this and was furious. They could have done that a better way. Terrible management decision on that. Do better.

We came here because it looked decent in the pictures. The pictures lie. Something that I don't see people mentioning is how it's a flip of the coin as to which room you'll get. This place is a huge giant maze. It was very confusing and I felt myself constantly getting lost in the place. I felt it frustrating. It seemed like it took me 20 minutes at times to remember how to get to my room. Not to mention looking for something to put my luggage on to roll it out of the place when it was time to leave. I was gone so long my husband came looking for me. You are charged $22 additionally for "parking" a breakfast that looked like garbage, and other fees. The room was barren and empty which I was able to look past because of the price. My room looked clean but I found a giant roach when I got up in the middle of the night. I screamed bloody murder and woke up my husband over it. With how confusing these rooms are in the back I can only imagine how easy it would be to corral some human trafficking victims who don't speak english in particular. The walls were thin and we could always hear everyone running around our room talking.

Don’t stay here even if you’re tempted because it’s cheap. You’ll pay more for lack of a good experience and service. I travel all over the place for work in small little towns, all across Western Canada and have stayed in some of the worst hotels and motels you can imagine. Nothing compares to how bad this place was. This place has subzero service and I would imagine the only reason they are still open is due to the volume of guests that they receive because they are close to theme parks. They do not care about service because of the volume of guests they get. My wife wanted a nice hot shower after a long cold day at Disney World, surprise, there was zero hot water. Called the front desk three times and got a different story every time and no effort to care for this issue. Eventually went to sleep and took cold showers in the morning. That morning on check out the front desk gave us yet another conflicting story about hot water and being able to move rooms. They lied through their teeth, have lazy staff who don’t care about service. This hotel deserves to go out of business. Hotel also has a greasy salesman try to swindle a weird deal to watch some weird Hilton hotel sales pitch and receive a $200 gift card for 2 hours of your time after driving you around. If you stay here, make sure you’re strapped, I would not be surprised if this place is a breeding ground for human trafficking. Additionally the breakfast was absolute complete garbage that I wouldn’t feed to homeless people.

Never posted for a hotel but this was a must! and disturbing… my sheets that were tucked inside the mattress had blood* like stains I spoke to the front desk no managers where available… the lady in the front said they will send someone to check it and change it.. later that day coming back from Disney, I went to the front desk asked about the room.. they said it was changed and it was not blood but mold and the cleaners are new employee’s and they don’t know! This was their EXACT WORDS! Seriously I was shocked.. but I must be a silly goose to believe this was mold and not blood in my bed sheets… please don’t waste your time or money your safety and health is more valuable then careless hotels that just want your stay and money…. Take care everyone

This is a solid cheap hotel, and if your expectations match your budget you will be happy here. I've stayed multiple times due to the price and it's been consistent. The hotel rooms are simple and a bit dated, but the rooms are cleaned well and service is good. AC works great, as does the fridge, and the showers work well. Breakfast is typical hotel fare - egg rounds, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, etc. It's on the better side of decent, and definitely filling. You will find rust on some metal fixtures, you may find ink stains on some of the sheets, but again, it's all cleaned very well. If you want a place to use as a crash pad for conventions or busy theme park days, and wanna save some cash? I'd absolutely recommend this place.
