The rooms are well equipped and maintained. The location is also super convenient as it is about 4min walk to S3 subway line, and then 20 min travel to Marienplatz. There is free public parking on the street in front of the building.

Generally good, issue with air conditioning and comfort of the pillows. Rooms are decent sized, addition of refrigerator and coffee making facilities is useful. Some issues though. The pillows are very soft, and other firmer ones are not available from the front desk. Also had an issue with the air conditioning which would not cool the room down, even with the windows firmly closed to prevent it from automatically switching off.

Yes the hotel is large but it is not grand. Rooms are big but marble floors in winter make it cold. Basic amenities in the room. Restaurant was ok, ate there once. 5min to the underground and about 15mins to city centre. Room was dusty and a bit dirty.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Palladium and my experience was a bit mixed. While there were some positive aspects, there were also areas that could use improvement. Firstly, I appreciated the professionalism of the front desk staff. They were helpful and efficient, arranging all the check-in details before my arrival and even preparing a kid's bed in the room. However, one aspect that disappointed me was the lack of assistance with luggage. It would have been more convenient if there had been staff available to help with this. In terms of the rooms, I found that they were in need of more maintenance. Some areas seemed worn-out and could benefit from updates. However, I must mention that the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, ensuring a decent stay. When it comes to breakfast, it was good but rather basic. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, I expected a bit more variety and options to choose from. Nevertheless, it served its purpose as a decent start to the day. Parking at the hotel was available, but I found it to be limited. It would be advisable to have more parking spaces to accommodate guests, especially during peak times. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel Palladium was average. It has its strengths, such as professional front desk service, pre-arranged check-in, and comfortable rooms. However, improvements are needed in terms of room maintenance, breakfast variety, and the availability of staff to assist with luggage. I hope that the hotel management takes these suggestions into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
