I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The room was far from clean, and to our horror, we discovered a mouse during our stay. To make matters worse, they demanded more money than the agreed-upon rate from the Agoda website. The frequent electricity outages were frustrating, making our stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it was a complete letdown in every aspect.

I got a hotel from this hotel in booking, but when I went, he said that the rooms were full and took me to another place and gave me a suite.

We stay in this hotel everytime we travel to Istanbul for many years now and we already know the people there. The shock is that we left our suitcase at the reception desk with the receptionist as he told us to do so and we trusted him, since we were going to buy some stuff before we leave. we came back to find out that the suitcase with all our stuff got stolen. They obviously didn't put our suitcase in a place where it's safe. The hotel claims no responsibility for the loss of our suitcase and they said they can't do anything about it. unbelievably bad experience, especially that we are regular guests in this hotel. So the service was very bad and very disappointing. I dont recommend u to stay in this hotel, look for other trustful hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
