        We had a chance to visit the bar at the hotel, and we were warmly greeted by the bar manager, Francesco. He told us that we didn’t have to order anything and then he toured us around the hotel, which was breathtaking. We eventually sat down to order some beverages, and they were delicious. The service is also topnotch. Our visit to Rome would not have been complete had we not visited this place. I would 100% recommend going to have drinks at the bar.

        Terrible room, the room keys just didn’t work on our last night and we couldn’t get more, no AC whatsoever, terrible beds (why tf would you put a yoga mat between the sheets and the mattress. It makes it terribly uncomfortable.), we didn’t have running water one morning, incredibly expensive for this absolute museum you have as a hotel, but amazing staff. The staff was very helpful and restocked our towels and resocked the mini fridge. If they were in a hotel that was more modern with AC and better beds, there is no doubt it would be better than a five-star hotel. Thank you for the stay. This was a completely honest review. I only say what I truly mean and I don’t harbor any bad intentions to making this hotel look bad. I wish the staff a great day.

        Waited for +20 min and didn’t get served at the hotel bar which was empty in the middle of the day (despite there being servers behind the bar) so we left. Nice lobby but definitely not 5 star service.

        Stayed here last month with a friend. It is not the worst hotel I have stayed at but not worth the price at all. The rooms are nice and its historical interior is gorgeous, but this is by no means a 5 star hotel and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our wifi was unstable during our whole stay. Despite reporting it to reception and them promising on multiple times that they'd send a technician, the wifi never worked. One receptionist asked us condescendingly that we were the only ones who had trouble with the wifi and if we had "tried switching it on and off". When we first arrived, we got to the hotel at 15:30 and were told that our room was not ready, even though check in was at 14:00. We came back at 17:20 and we still had to wait 20 minutes for us to be able to enter our room. But the most unpleasant of things was the treatment we got from reception at night. We came to Rome to have fun and enjoy the city in the day and at night. The reception is closed past a certain time, and you will find the main doors locked with chains and locks (which I understand for safety reasons), but when you try to enter the hotel past midnight, the receptionist in the night-shift is there to receive you with side eyes and a judgemental voice tone. We certainly won't be visiting again and do not recommend the hotel if you're paying five star prices for one star service.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
