The hotel was a grand disappointment! We booked a room expecting a better service and facilities. Everything is old and dusty. And for your information they do not allow you to take pictures in the hotel You can not decrease the temperature of the room. We have literally been cooked in the room at 35 degrees! I asked 3 TIMES to switch that off or turn the ac! Nothing happened. And the worst they charged us for the entire night! A TOTAL DISRESPECT We check out at 1am in the morning to NEVER comeback again. We got a better offer for half of the price easily

My second time there, rather old-classic-style hotel but I like it. The Bali SPA space and staff are really good. Careful though, several times I faced many people having a lot of fun very late in the night/early morning. With some intimate sounds going a bit far through the walls right. And alcool and smoke odor when we walk through in the morning then. I like calm and peaceful surronding, hence according to the floor, the room and the night it can be awesome or challenging because of that. Price is fair and staff at reception and breakfast are really nice and flexible. Rooms are clean, even if old-style. Generally I recommend.

Advise to hotel owner: please install no all the radiators Danfoss thermostatic valves RA 013G2229 as example. It will control room temperature and will be more comfortable to stay. Also please install water pressure regulator as well. Please make sound insulation wall for exhaust system fans. Hope you will read and follow.

Spacious room. But no kettle and tea/ coffee bags. Good wash room. Good continental breakfast. No Indian cuisine. English speaking staff is very few. Access to all locations is easy. Just opposite park. Pubs, restaurants, night clubs etc nearly.

Overall good.Has its own character, yet authentic. And breakfast is good. Walking distance to good locations. I imagine it was the hotel to be seen in, in its day so to speak. The elevator button numbers do not match the actual floors. Sure there is a story behind that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
