Our stay at Grand Hyatt Buckhead was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we were captivated by the hotel's beauty and sophistication. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff made it effortlessly pleasant. The attention to detail was evident as we entered our room – a perfect blend of comfort and style. The room, as requested, was allergen-free, and we were delighted to find a top-notch air purifier ensuring a pristine environment. Knowing that the room hasn't had any pets in it added an extra layer of reassurance for those with allergies. The elegant lounge provided a perfect setting for relaxation, whether enjoying a quiet evening or connecting with fellow travelers. The ambiance was classy, and the service was impeccable. Overall, Grand Hyatt Buckhead exceeded our expectations in every aspect – from the beautiful hotel design to the thoughtful details in the rooms. When I'm in Atlanta I usually stay at the Hyatt Centric in Midtown or the Hyatt Regency Atlanta downtown but decided to try the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead which was a great choice. The lobby is beautiful with a great bar. The outdoors garden was also really beautiful. This hotel is convenient to so many places, I never had to take the car out of the garage and self-parking was very easy. My room was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned each day I were there. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient from check in to check out. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food, the set up was efficient and the staff very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose to spend our weekend at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead and were so pleased with every aspect. The front desk attendants were very welcoming, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and our room (Grand Suite) was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the little extras. We used the hotel driver service for dinner Saturday night and Joe Z. was our wonderful driver. Overall a great experience that provided every reason to return!

We were extremely happy with out stay.... everything in this hotel is in tip top shape and made for a lovely experience. The club room upstairs had amazing hospitalty workers and was lovely to spend time in and enjoy free appetizers and breakfast... so glad we opted for that option. The pool was amazing... huge and the perfect temp. Lots of great details like the free private car service within 2 miles of the property. Our room was modern and clean. Best bang for the buck I have ever gotten from an American hotel.

We stayed here two weekends ago and had a wonderful time. We were there to attend a political conference. This hotel is convenient to so many places, we never had to take the car out of the garage. Self parking was very easy. Our room was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned each day we were there. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient from check in to check out. They were also good with directions when asked. As part of the conference, breakfast and lunch by the hotel was provided and it was excellent. There was a good variety of food, the set up was efficient and the staff very attentive. We had one issue with the TV and the gentleman sent up from the front desk came quickly and was able to help us. We would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
