It’s a nice hotel when it comes to rooms or facilities. The staff’s also friendly and nice. BUT! I stayed for 2 night and on the second day my toothbrush, paste, deodorant, etc. simply disappeared. My assumption is that the housekeeping removed them by mistake. I have informed the reception and they promised to check and contact me. Ever since I still expect hotels feedback. It’s not that comfortable without toothbrush and either the lack of proper care.

Great hotel, a classic that has been renovated with excellent breakfast and gym areas. The cuisine and menus were delightful. The location was convenient for getting to key sights in Barcelona. We came here for our global company conference and it has superb facilities. The bedroom was perfect - comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms. The SPA is nice, but it is necessary to comment, that it is not included and that you have to book time slots for 1,5 hours for 30€ each. So if you are planning to make a wellness-trip, it will not work like that. The staff is very friendly and competent. We would come back, when in Barcelona again 😊

The hotel did not really meet our expectations. The rooms are decent but there is only one small window, and they made some strange choices in favour of design in the room (light switches, tap). There was also little drinking water available in the room and they brought plastic cups for coffee instead of regular solid cups. The bathrobes were awfully small. Basic things like toothbrushes should already be in the room. Rooms also lack sockets and soundproofing. The spa looks nice but it is hard to call the indoor pool a pool. Honestly could be a much better experience if done properly. Water jets are weak. The "jacuzzi" is really just a square hole of water? At least the sauna was good. You need to pay €30 per person even if you are staying in the hotel and there are tons of people in the sauna. Overall, it does not feel like a 5 star experience. From the lobby to the room, it feels very cold and unwelcoming.

Perfectly located quaint hotel in the middle of the city. Lovely ambience with perfectly decked rooms. The room service was prompt with widespread food available. Clean washroom with a modern decor. However the deluxe rooms could be a bit bigger. Overall a lovely place to stay in Barcelona!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
