We had a great 3 days 2 nights stay! The hotel room is nice, the room doesn’t have a cigarette smoke odor and the bed is odorless. The service staff is nice and fast. The location is very near shops, restaurants and tourist spots. The internet is fast. We will definitely be back👍🏻👍🏻

The Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is perfectly located and offers guests a fantastic experience with extremely cleanly and well appointed rooms and superb accommodations with a direct view and just a short walk from entertainment and the world hertiage sites located in the West Lake district. The Antique Door bar is also super posh and offers a superb cocktail, chamoagne, and whiskey menu, served alongside refined snacks. A must try either for a stay or a hip happy hour or intimate date. Glad we discovered this hotel. Great value for the money in the luxury hotel segment in Hangzhou.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this phenomenal hotel. From the minute we arrived, we were met with the class and elegance. The staff are really friendly. The breakfasts were amazing. The rooms were super spacious and the gym was by far better than even the gym I usually workout at. The Christmas decor was also truly beautiful. A definite must for anyone who is staying in Hangzhou :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
