I haven't been a guest of this hotel so far but used to be here few times. I like the beautiful yellow marble floor in the lobby. Recently my friends and I had a dinner in the hotel restaurant. The all dishes were amazing! We had Grilled Prawns, Grilled Salmon, Green Salad, Fried Squid and etc. Everything was perfect. The tea and the ice-cream were very good as well. So my question is - why can't I meet such a good chef like this anywhere outside the hotel here in Istanbul? Does anyone feel the same as me? By the way, the waiters in the restaurant are very professional and absolutely comply with five-stare standards.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at Grand Hyatt Istanbul Hotel. It is a descent hotel, located near by the well known Taksim, fairly accessible location. Hotel building is new, however some of the room furniture shows signs of wear and tear. The staff are professional and very friendly. We had an outstanding experience from the door to the desk and to the room. overall there is not much to complain, the rooms were clean and you get good hotel amenities. Did not try the food so cannot comment much on that, however ordered Turkish coffee and Hot Chocolate, which was ok but could have been better. The general area were clean and they take the guests security very serious. Recommend it👌

Lovely hotel! The rooms are pretty old fashioned and could do with a refurb, but apart from that it’s a great hotel! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had with so many different options. The room service food is also delicious with lots of choice. The pool area was lovely and not too busy and good food and drink options from there too. It’s also a great location for seeing lots of Istanbul! I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Istanbul

The best hotel I had stayed in Turkiye so far. The hotel staff were very professional and addressed all enquiries and requests promptly. The room is big and bright. I love the water pressure in the shower. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Taksim Square. There is also a nice cafe opposite the hotel, besides the university and 5 min walk to the nearest train station.

The place is well known for its service and brand, It lives up to the name. The ambience is good the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very good. I like the breakfast it was very good but I would consider it a back point of not having chicken when you have international guests. They have to understand and adapt to the presence and behaviour of international guests. I was comfortable in the room and the staff were nice....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
