Booked the fountain suite room and was told at check in it was upgraded, but it was not upgraded, the room was what I booked, no upgrade was given as a globalist. Other than that, the food and service were pretty decent. Other restaurants inside the hotel were pretty good! Location is great!

It is a worthwhile hotel experience the hotel staff are very polite and can speak English which is very convenient in the restaurant (buffet area) the bathrooms are so beautiful and they even offer you a self-use towel to wipe your hands after washing your hands. The room is very well cleaned there is even a Bluetooth speaker in each room we got upgraded from a double room to a suite which is amazing the size difference feels like its Disneyland already! Would want to go there again!

Great location where it is walking distance to all famous hotels like Venetian, Londoner, MGM, Wynn and so on. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Service staff are also very helpful and polite. Concierge was also very passionate when introducing where to visit and the popular eateries in old and new Macau.

Wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel itself is very grand and the room was big and spacious. The service of the staff were excellent as they were very attentive and always serving with a small especially the banquet staff and concierge. Food wise it was good as our expectations, as we had an event there so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The buffet breakfast had a good variety though. One plus is that the MTR/LRT station is connected to the hotel so travelling around Cotai area is very convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
