I had an amazing experience at the GH Melbourne when planning my wedding. Special thanks to Michelle and Emily from the Events department. They were so kind, polite, accommodating and professional. My wedding was executed perfectly and my stay before and during my wedding was impeccable. I would give 6 stars if I could. After my wedding I also booked a spa service at their City Club on a separate occasion and I again had such a positive experience with their team accommodating a booking last minute and their therapists being so lovely and professional and just an overall enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back!

Although is strategically located, building looks great and common areas are immaculate, the room was pretty average, dust galore, blood-like stained bedding, holes in mattress protectors and carpets (pics attached) , the great thing of staying here is the breakfast as it has a wide range of options but, room wise is not worthy. Had dinner too and it took ages to get ready !

Had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt! We booked the King Room with Spa Bath and breakfast included. The spa was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, beautiful city views from the room, especially at night, and the buffet breakfast and coffee were delicious and superb quality. We could not fault our stay at all. Clean, comfortable, beautiful place and the service was absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be coming back!

Old rooms in need of updating, our room has a fabulous view but it feels dirty and looks dirty in some areas. The marble in the bathroom is old, the grout between the tiles has seen better days. The shower cubicle is small, and the bottom of the shower screen looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. For a grand hotel in one of the better rooms there is only one bath towel per person, a hand towel and a face washer. I would expect two bath towels per person. There is only one bottle of water for two people. The complimentary breakfast in the club lounge was tasteless underwhelming and stingy. The actual lounge is not that welcoming. If you want a better breakfast it will cost you $25 downstairs at the restaurant. I don’t know if I want to risk this and have to deal with another disappointment. There is no safe in the room. Surfaces in the room have not been cleaned properly. Once my stay here has concluded, I will not be back.

Stayed here with my family for 4 days and 3 nights in Melbourne. The amenities consisted of Balmain products, and the bed and blanket were comfortable. The facility was not up-to-date, but the staff was kindly and it felt well-maintained. After checking in, there were no drinking bottle of water in the room, so I requested a separate one and received one. Express check out was also possible. The round table and sofa can facing each other, so it was nice to talk comfortably or have a cup of coffee. The entrance is on Collins St and Russell St, so it was convenient to find the hotel. Since it was located downtown, there were many luxury shops nearby and it was easy to get around by riding the free tram in Collins St.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
