        In nearly 30 years my family have never written a review 20 minutes after arriving at their hotel. We got directed to the wrong entrance and after entering our room on the 6th floor, we were immediately hit with a WAFT of mould and dampness. The floor was still soaking wet from being mopped, and as you can see from the photos attached, every single room had some kind of mould somewhere. Our bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, and our windows opened over a dumpster area which wafts the most unpleasant smell through the apartment. There was food rubbish from past tenants behind the couch, and the windows had rusted to no end. To think the room was bad enough, once our luggage arrived, one suitcase was covered in white powder! (That wasn’t there 5 minutes prior) we asked the attendant what the substance was and to clean their carelessness, but he RUBBED THE POWDER WITH BARE HANDS, moving the stain further down the bag and then LEFT! Absolutely atrocious to the point where we got back in the car and drove back to the city. Absolute worst stay of our hotel lives. (No wonder the one other hotel available is full!) The area is sadly dying and decaying. There are more abandoned buildings in Genting highlands than occupied ones. Do NOT believe the hotel imagery on their website when booking this place

        The rooms needs maintenance or activity most of the hotel facilities needs maintenance 👨‍🔧 Some of the staff are unhelpful, we require some water and other kitchen items they took so long to bring it. We have waited for more than 30 minutes to get someone take our luggages. Safety box not working, some wall damaged and doors.

        Purchasing food posed a challenge due to the absence of Grab Food as of January 2024. Booking transportation proved cumbersome while staying in the Airbnb. Navigating was difficult as the elevator was frequently in demand. The interior and exterior were impressive. Seeking directions from the Oasis Pool Bar, one of the ladies bluntly responded, "We have no clue.* Probably exhausted from providing directions day in and day out.

        It is the worst hotel I have ever rented. It is in a completely cut-off area. You cannot even rent a car from the Qarab app, and you cannot order delivery food. Also, the available food is not suitable for all nationalities and its prices are high. The reception staff are not nice at all..and the apartment. It is not clean and there is not even a spoon in it. There is construction work nearby that causes great inconvenience. I will not go back to it again even if they told me that they would give me the apartment for free. Also, the balcony is dirty and there are no chairs to sit on. Also, the windows and balcony windows are very dirty and you cannot enjoy the outside view.

        Our two bedroom apartment was comfortable. Amenities are bare. While the staffs are friendly, the odd check-in location detracted from the experience. The security deposit is a surprise so bring cash. Refundable. The paid hourly shuttle is useful. Rideshare is touch and go.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
