This hotel is located in haeundae, which is about $30k Korean won from the airport by taxi, if you take the black taxi (luxury taxi, not really luxury, just slightly bigger and can take up to 3 large luggages) it will double the standard taxi rate. Also, drivers can take the longer way so it's quite luck dependent. The hotel is amazing, right at the beach and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer kids birthday programme for free, but you'll need to book it 7 days before check in, which wasn't specified on their website. The deli cafe in their hotel is amazing too, makes great strawberry cakes, always sold out before the end of the day. There's a Starbucks on the third floor which gives you 270 degree beach view day and night. Pools indoor and outdoor are both free for residents, only sauna charges 27k Korean won per person. Pools are great both for the view and swim. Would deciduous l definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, that is the only good thing I have to say. Clearly the focus of the design was aesthetics, followed by cost savings, and utility/function last. The bathrooms have a glass window (not frosted) that goes to the bedroom, so privacy is a bit lacking. The windows outside are thin, so you will hear anything going on outside. While the hotel staff was friendly, they were not very helpful. I asked for help finding a brunch restaurant on my way out of town, and all they would tell me was when their (overpriced) restaurant opened. I would look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your time in Busan.

The room was larger than I expected with a nice view, and the location However it was the service that set it apart from other similar hotels I have stayed in Korea. I left a personal item in the room and only realised this after checking out. They found the item with a minimum of fuss and contacted me. Also my taxi came to the wrong place (not right at the door) and although I said I was fine, the receptionist walked with me with my second bag to the taxi.

So I was conflicted about this hotel. Very different from most Western owned hotels I have been to. Positive thoughts: It was situated in a great position, literally on the beach (if you take a seaview room). But the beach is outside the hotel anyway. The interior is very beautiful and classy. There is a deli which makes amazing cakes and gifts and a lounge bar away from the restaurant. The room we took was the larger size so be aware that most rooms are around the 337ft2. Negative thoughts: the pool is inundated with children and seems to turn into some kind of creche for the wealthier Koreans. If you dont mind 20+ kids in the pool then you are fine. Breakfast can be a fiasco so get to the restaurant early, especially on a weekend as you will have to stand in a long queue as everyone descends on this place for breakfast.

Waa given the room facing partial beach and swimming pool of neighbouring hotel, Paradise. At about 8am the hotel pool started to blast loud music. My god, I was surprised that this happened and no one said a single thing so far. How can this be acceptable? Asked for late checkout at 1pm but staff insisted that I would be charged for it. This was my first time encountering such service in a 5 star hotel. No room for negotiation and when I called the front desk, all I could hear is a monotonous voice that seemed unwilling to help. 5 star hotel? Have stayed in many 5 star hotel, this service attitude made me sit down on the bed to write a poor review on the spot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
