On the first day, the food I ordered to my room was terrible. Despite being assured that the meeting room was included in my room charges, I was overcharged $80/hour. Overall, the experience was disappointing – unprepared & slow staff, modern facilities without anything exceptional, and a location far from the city center. I do not recommend it.

Situated in the quieter side of Hanoi, the hotel is modern. Staff is very polite and courteous. The room was exactly what I expected. It was clean and properly equipped. The included buffet breakfast had a nice selection of local and western options, overlooking northern part of hanoi.

I recommend Grand K Hotel in Hanoi. The reason I always use here every time I come to Hanoi on business. Because ofthe clean and comfortable rooms with a good view, and the friendliness of the staff. The birthday cake was an unexpected surprise. Thank you so much!

Worst 5 star in Hanoi. It is NOT 5 stars. They do not give you water and you have to pay for parking any time you leave and come back. No welcome drink. The bed is hard. Staff working the night shift is rude. Their hotel is also the top few floors of an office building so there is nobody to help you with your luggage downstairs and you’d never know the front desk is on the 32nd floor of the building. I have no idea how this is 5 stars. Go to the Sheraton or Peridot.

New 5 stars hotel in Hà Nội which starting from 32 floor of the building with reception. Room decor as a mini apartment with kitchen area and equipment for very basic cook. Nice view, nice facility

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
