The incredible hospitality by everyone including the very kind and humble gentleman - Mr Bonny (Owner) left us with great and pleasant memories which me n my family will cherish for life. Obviously, I don't have 2nd thoughts whenever I visit Kandy again. Special mention about the most delicious food they serve and I bet you won't find in the city hotels or other restaurants. Not only they serve amazing non vegetarian delicacies but the vegetarian options (including vegetable biryani) are out of the world. Kudos to the team of Grand Kandy Villa! See you soon Bonny n staff. God bless you and your beautiful country.

Offering a nice in-house restaurant, Grand Kandy Villa is located in Kandy and provides comfortable rooms with private balconies. The bed and breakfast is located 1.3 km from British Garrison Cemetery, 1.4 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa and 1.4 km from Kandy Museum. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Rooms here will provide you with a satellite TV, a DVD player, air conditioning and a minibar. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and free toiletries. You can enjoy a mountain view from all the rooms. Grand Kandy Villa provides an airport shuttle, a 24-hour front desk and a bar. The property offers free parking. Bandaranaike International Airport is located a 2.5-hour drive away, while Colombo city is a 3-hour drive away. We absolutely loved the food at Grand Kandy Villa. So yummy and big portions which is really value for money. Also the view from their restaurant is just breathtaking. Excellent service from their friendly staff. Highly recommended to all the foodies visiting/ residing in Kandy. Would absolutely go back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
