Our second stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Opting for a poolside room proved to be an excellent choice, especially with a baby. The room was not only comfortable but also offered a refreshing view, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The real highlight, however, was the incredibly warm and friendly staff. Jib and Piin went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the ever-smiling restaurant staff added a delightful charm to our dining experiences. The genuine sweetness of the personnel, combined with the family-friendly amenities, made this stay truly memorable. We can't express our gratitude enough and eagerly anticipate our next visit. ❤️

Is a four star hotel but it provide with a five star quality. Staffs are friendly and kind. We booked a three bedroom suite and it’s super big and every bathroom include bathtub. The smart tv have Netflix and YouTube to watch so u won’t be so boring. Moreover they really should put lights on the makeup mirror cause it’s very hard to get the light. When showering the water either super hot or super cold.

Excellent hotel in the quiet area of Kata. Close to good places to eat and have a drink. The beach is only 500 meters after walking through a lively shopping area. The hotel pool provides beautiful views in the afternoon and the rooms are quite comfortable

15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to beach ✅ Welcome drink provided ✅ Nice spacious rooms and cool AC ✅ Friendly staff and housekeepers ✅ free water bottles provided ✅ free towel usage for pool and beach ✅ walking distance to overpriced kata restaurants and motorbike rentals ✅ adequate parking spaces ✅ free umbrella usage in rooms ✅ free toiletries (toothbrush and cottonbuds) 🚫 not sure if it was our booking agency or the hotel, but we originally booked a plunge pool room. That booking got cancelled and was rebooked to a grand deluxe corner suits which we found useless and a waste of money 🚫 mosquitoes in room 🚫 dimly lit bathroom that makes it hard to apply makeup 🚫 no soap tray 🚫 bathtub water did not get hot. Shower water was either very hot or very cold

Great place in Kata, got a one bedroom apartment. Great space even if you have to work. In the 5th floor there is a pool with a great view for stunning sunsets. The staff is quite friendly. You also don’t need to bring towels for the beach they will provide you with. Excellent location, restaurants, markets, Supermarkets, atms and the beach nearby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
